“It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you I have decided to leave Aim For The Weekend. This wasn’t a decision I made lightly but it was one I felt I had no other choice but to make. Hell, John and I started the band. I had been feeling over the last few months that my heart just wasn’t in it anymore and it would have been unfair to the other guys and to the fans to continue on doing something I wasn’t feeling. I want to make sure everyone knows that I am still good friends with my former band mates and there is absolutely no bad blood, I left on good terms. There was no in-fighting, nobody stole anybody’s girlfriend, and no fist fights. I wasn’t kicked out or asked to leave. I want to stress this because I know how rumors can get started on the internet”
